Recipe

So part of the running process is learning how to eat a balanced "runners diet" (still working on that one). This recipe doesn't really apply because it's not the healthiest choice, but I thought it was worth sharing. I found an awesome recipe for Alfredo sauce on one of my favorite sites http://allrecipes.com/ and tweaked it a little based on some reviews. I mixed the "Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce" in with some bow tie pasta and cut up Italian sausage. Everyone loved it! I used about a half clove of garlic rather than the garlic powder, half and half instead of milk, and about 4 oz. of Parmesan instead of 6. If all five of my children complimented me (well Olivia can't talk but she ate quite a bit) on how good it was then I must believe that it really was good!
